Culture Dialogue
We believe in hearing from the workforce. Through culture dialogue sessions we are able to better assess the culture of an organization. We compile the information shared by the collective and historically excluded members of the workforce and share the results in a way that is non-attributable to any individual and identifies any root culture issues.

Coaching

We provide a space for team or one-to-one coaching. Your employee(s) will identify their desired goal(s) while the coach supports the individual or team on this journey by challenging their thinking and identifying blockers to progress. Think of your coach as your thought partner.

Psychological Safety Learning Workshop:
Without psychological safety, teams fail and innovation is stifled.
Psychological safety is a sense of belonging to a team with the opportunity to interact with its members and contribute to its purpose without fear of being punished or feeling rejected. The Leader Factor 4 Stages of Psychological Safety framework used in this course helps teams create an environment with a high tolerance for candor that promotes engagement and innovation.
